84days2health meal plans are personalised for each of our clients, taking food preferences, lifestyle, allergies and intolerances into account. All meals consist of clean, wholefoods and are nutritionally dense. Recipes are tried and trusted and are suitable for the whole family. Each plan is beautifully presented as a printable pdf with a weekly meal plan, macro and micronutrient breakdown, a convenient shopping list and easy-to-follow recipes. Meal plans are regularly updated to suit the goals and changing needs of our clients. We cater for plant-based, vegetarian and vegan diets.

Health Coaching

At 84days2health we believe in educating and empowering our clients. A good relationship with food is an important part of a successful journey to health and wellness and knowledge is always power. We use 1 on 1 coaching sessions, ZOOM sessions, Whatsapp chats and email to coach our clients to be the best version of themselves. The education process includes topics like: making the best food choices, navigating social events and holidays, dealing unsupportive family members, mindfulness. 84days2health coaching sessions are always a confidential safe space to share, learn and grow. We are also committed to ongoing education through up-to-date and relevant articles, webinars and workshops.

 

Support

Supporting our clients on their journey is an important part of our programs. We understand the value of having someone to talk to, being motivated,  someone who is always a phone call, a message, an email or zoom session away. All queries are answered within 24hrs and no question is insignificant. We are always on hand to answer questions on food labels, to support clients if they feel like they’re falling off the wagon, to update meal plans. We want you to succeed and we’re there to help you every step of the way.

 

Community

Accountability but also the support of a community is a big part of the success of any journey. We have created closed Facebook groups and WhatsApp groups for our clients to communicate with one another. We encourage our clients to feed off and be inspired by the success of others, but to also share their achievements and accomplishments. We all have a common goal . . . health and wellness.
